Where the Stop Watch is now I have no idea. I put it on the front passenger seat of your green machine at a last sunday some time ago. I did tell you. It was driving us mad it kept beeping as Dai knows. Perhaps I should have kept it.
If not found I have a stand by but not very good.
Lynne M is doing the S Catcher and D Dash forms will have them Sunday.

If anyone is planning to come in the afternoon and has space in their car for a passenger, please could you let us know. We need to find a lift for someone leaving CDH at 12 ish to the show. Return lift isn't required. Thanks

No woz Cheryl, see you on Monday morning! If you're not coming down to CDH over the weekend, I'll bring your shiny new Tee with me on Monday ;D I'll have a looksee around Bern, if not I'll get a new one. You gotta have the right tools for the job eh Rach - the bandana's sold like hot cakes at Victoria Park, we didn't have many left at all. I'm not sure where they ended up - in the Shed or in King Store. Do you know whether you've had them back? If not they are in King Store, I'll make sure I don't forget them. Rather than have a separate stall, we'll be having joined up tables, which should make it much easier for everyone to be sure of having a break. It's going to be mostly doggy stuff, with tombola at one end, so if you want to bring some high class booty that could go on the other end? We are going to need plenty of tables, so yes please if you could bring yours along. Also, if anyone has fold up chairs, please could you bring them? There are going to be quite a few sitting down jobs, and I don't think there will be chairs on site.

Susie, Me and Al are now available to help out all day, we can take a load in the car in the morning if needed (although don't expect Al to be any use first thing - Not a morning person! once got some breakfast in him though he'll start to burn it off and be of some use ;D ). Al is happy to help out with anything, although more stall/registration stuff than people marshaling as such. You mentioned help with the Climbing wall, that made me think of a good friend of ours who climbs a lot. I've asked her, she is very happy to help out as well (the only thing I ask is whether it would be ok for her to be put working with Al as she won't know anyone else and I'd feel bad roping her in and dumping her somewhere by herself). Also very happy to take pictures if needed. Where ever you want us. Can come Sunday to load stuff if necessary.

I have got more material and will sew up another load of bandanas ready to sell on Monday to replace what was sold at Barry. Has my previous order for a small hoodie been included as I need to give Emma a replacement for her old medium one, which I've got cos she's smaller than me and it fits me better than her! Now we're not having donations on Sunday I will keep the Booty for June's Boot Sale. I'm sure there will be enough of the other merchandise. We've still got loads of books in Kings Store which need to be sold. Rach

Do we have any lollies left?
My sister has given me the set up and instructions for a lolly game. something to do with colouring the lolly stick and if a certain colour is picked they get an extra prize (maybe a teddy) on top of the lolly.
Though it might be worth a try at Fonmon if we have lollies available.

Leaflets are out around the llanishen/rhiwbina area. I'm not too impressed with Sainsbury's Thornhill. They said they don't put leaflets up any more. I thought this showed a lack of community spirit and took away a place of information for shoppers. I shall be having a word with the Manager when I can get hold of him!! I need to be careful I don't get arrested for dog stalking, anyone who walks past me with a dog gets handed a leaflet If we were able to ask people for their postcode when they come in to the show we could see what areas need to be targeted more for future shows. There's a great add in the primary times too.

oooh, it's coming together ;D If I've missed someone's query, please give me a nudge... Rach, the only merchandise orders we put through are the ones on the thread for 6th order Sorry, I didn't check the old threads. Jen has kindly put her hand up for Judge's assistant - all day Jen, you will need a watch and a sense of humour and the ability to 'nudge the judge' to make sure they keep to timings, which will be tight throughout the whole day! Thanks so much for this Lynne, we're using lollies for the tombola. I think we'll have our hands full on the stalls. Might be a nice idea for Pentwyn though. Karen, thank you so much for distributing our leaflets! Weird about Sainsbury's - they are supposed to be very community-centric! Really appreciate what you've done, sorry we're not going to see you on the day, but we'll have loads of piccies to share after the event. Hope to see you at CDH soon Lucy & Al If Al & your friend are happy to man the Climbing Wall for Caroline, that will be amazebobs, I'll let her know, she'll be very grateful! It will just be taking the money, they have their own instructors etc. If you have foldy-up chairs please bring them as Fonmon aren't able to supply any. Raffle ticket sellers - we will need everyone to sell tickets on the day. If anyone fancies joining us in the entries tent to man the raffle table and have a small table in there, please put your hand up. Friends have paid for the licence and the tickets, the prizes have all been collected and donated by the Show Organisers, but we keep 100% of the sale proceeds for every ticket we sell, so this could be a massive earner for us! ;D *waves like mad to Emma* Thanks Emma - see at CDH laters! Don't forget to ask me for your pass All our volunteers are entitled to a Free entry pass, so don't forget to ask me for one today. I'll be at CDH from 11 (ish) probably until 3 (ish), might be out on a little walk with Twizz or Elsa, but I won't be far away. ;D

We do have a lot of stuff to take up, so all offers of transport are really appreciated. If anyone is able to take the raffle prizes up and set up the raffle table in the entries tent, the job is yours
