Friends of the Dogs is very lucky indeed to have a close relationship with the very special folk of Woodlands, Sorted, and Tresor o Le.
These lovely people have been helping stray dogs in South Wales for over 3 years, supporting fundraising events and keeping stalls stocked full of lovely things ;D
Since our very first ever Friends event, these lovely people have been busying away on behalf of our dogs, making up beautifully packaged cuddlies for our stalls, prize bags for our Christmas Fayre & Dog Show, blankies, tuggies, turning grubby tennis balls into 'must have' doggy Christmas presents.....
And today, Maria & Bern (Nuggie to you ) and I were priviledged to be invited to Tresor o Le to receive their latest donations , which have been crafted with such care and hard work.
Rob, 'top of the gift table' ;D A beautiful collection of hand crafted dog and cat beds, tuggies, and gift wrapped christmas treats... kindly made by our Friends at Tresor o Le and Woodlands....
Bas, giving his seal of approval [/img] Dog Cushions are very comfy ;D
Some of our volunteer Friends .......
Terri and Kay...
Steven...
Bas's 'special' Friend today, Carole...
Mary ....
Jackie, who loves the feel of the fleece tuggies ;D
Bas, testing out the tuggies made by Woodlands...
Perfect [/img]
It was all very festive, and we were very grateful to receive these lovely gifts to help raise money for our dogs at Christmas.
We were very sorry not to meet Julie today, who has worked very hard making these beautiful cushions, but Julie - Bas is coming back to see you to say a very special 'thank you' [/img]
We really are tremendously grateful to all the clients and staff and carers of Woodlands, Sorted and Tresor o Le for working tirelessly to help raise funds for our dogs. You really do make a difference to dogs lives, thank you so much [/img]
