This stunning girl is Rosie Rosie came out in the garden with us for her photoshoot and he was just golden! She enjoyed mooching around having a good old sniff of everything "hmmm, who has been here then" Once she had sniffed every corner and plant pot in the garden, she enjoyed just having a little jog around stretching her legs Rosie was very interested in the tasty treats we had with us but showed lovely manners, sitting (very closely!) and waiting like a proper little lady for one "Come on Bec, a girls getting a stiff neck looking up!" Rosie was very grateful for her tasty treats and time out of her kennel and showed her gratitude in the way Staffies know best - by soaking my face in kisses If you are looking for an affectionate, fabulous girl to join your family, please come and meet Rosie! Rosie is available for rehoming now. If you'd like more information on her, please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm. How old is Rosie ?? Will she get on with cats ?? Rosie is around 3 years old. We don't know how she is with cats but if you'd like to meet her and have a cat you'd need to bring your cat in a carrier to cdh. The staff will do introductions to see rosies reaction to it, the cat stays in its carrier all the time so it's perfectly safe. For more advice call the staff on 02920711243 x

Rosie is a lovely wiggly excitable girlie! It proved quite tricky to take a photo of her today when we were out, she was far too interested in the sights and sounds around. Nearly ... ... ooo, what's this? ..... Is that a treat bag I hear? She's still a bit blurry in this one as even treats wouldn't keep her still for too long! Rosie is a pleasure to be around - a smiley loving staffie. I bet she's not waiting for her forever sofa for long.

Took this lovely girl out yesterday - very excitable up the drive but soon calmed down and was so excited to be out walking that she barked at me impatiently when I took a rest "Come on, no time to sit !!" Took treats nicely and walked well on the lead after her initial enthusiasm at being out and about. Knew the basic sit command and responded well to this when passing other dogs. Hope she soon finds a lovely forever home.

I had the absolute pleasure of taking this little one out on a group walk with Max, Chuck, Cassie and little Rocher..... SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very excited coming out of the kennel and was crazy excited to be on a harness, however she settled into the walk and off we went in our pack. Whilst Max, Cassie and Chuck dived head first into the water, Rosie just wanted to watch, she dipped her toe in at one point but just didn't want to get those lovely white legs dirty...! We plodded along all the way down to the Marina and back to the dogs home which we made last around 2 hours and a lot of that was loose lead walking! Rosie put up with a lot from the puppy Rocher and she just ignored it all, showing him that if you walk quietly and calmly it's much better for all. Gah, she's a wiggle bum and I've fallen in love, please someone take her home, then take her on a million walks...you won't stop smiling.

Rosie Posie - lovely by name and nature.loves her walks and sniffing everything around her - knows basic commands and sits when requested but really wants to get on with the walk ! So loved to be praised every paw of the way and when we stopped for a water break wanted to get inside my skin ?

I walked Rosie over to the meet and greet today, she didn't pull on the lead, she was loving all the attention off everyone. Loved kissing people and rolling over for tummy tickles - she was happy with children, adults and other dogs. Would make a fab family pet!

Walked Rosie yesterday for the first time and she truly is a lovely girl! No pulling, very well behaved around other dogs (and we passed a lot!!) and really, really affectionate. Rosie is a total sweetheart x
