Be still my beating heart
If you like your dogs young, fun, affectionate and polite, look no further than Daisy, this girl has got it all by the bucket full!!
Cuddle monster? Tick!
Fast on her feet? Tick!
Playful? Tick!
Good kisser? Absolutely tick!!
Daisy was an absolute doll when we had her out for her pics today. She made us her best friends within seconds of meeting her and quickly found her paws in the garden!
She does seem a tad timid but we saw her confidence grow around other dogs. First up was Bas and these terriers enjoyed lots of sniffing together!
"Anything interesting Bas?"
And obviously being terriers, they were very alert to the slightest pin dropping
Daisy showed perfect manners around Bas, they enjoyed zoomies together and loved chasing the tennis balls.
Next up was fellow newbie Billy! Daisy wasted no time introducing herself
Clearly nobody has taught Daisy that she shouldnt kiss on the first date (not that Billy minded!!)
This pair had a blast! They loved chasing around the garden after each other taking it in turns to chase and be chased, it really was a joy to watch!
I think Daisy would really benefit from living with a slightly older, well socialised dog. Things all seem very new to her and she seems far more confident in the company of other dogs, she absolutely adored both Bas and Billy today. She is a little cracker and it was a pleasure spending time with her. I have to admit, I almost put her in my car to bring home with me! Good luck sweetheart
Daisy will be available for rehoming from 18th April, but the staff at the home will take applications on her now.
If you have any questions on Daisy or would like more information on her please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm.
