Please whisper a gentle 'welcome' to puppy Freya This darling baby girl has only just arrived at the Home, she has been aged at probably not more than eight weeks, and has already been abandoned. If Freya's owners don't come forward for her, she will be available for rehoming from 25th July. The staff will take applications on her immediately, but please, before you rush down to the home, take a look at our lovely grown up lurcher girl Kayla. She was this tiny, this cute, and this adorable just a few years ago, and if you can't imagine sharing your life, your sofa, and your heart with Kayla, please walk away from the puppy.... Freya's new owners will have 9 months of puppy chewing, teething, crying, peeing, pooing, learning to walk nicely, to greet people and other dogs politely..... and before they know it they will have a fully grown dog! Puppies do not stay puppies for long, they are hard work! If you'd like to meet Freya, or want more information please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm. For more information about the rehoming process at Cardiff Dogs Home, please click on the link below: Rehoming Process

Oh my days. I'm in love. She is beautiful. She won't be there long.

Freya has been enjoying the very best of R&R respite care with one of our most trusted volunteers After xrays to check her wobbly little legs, and a few weeks of TLC, Freya was finally given a clear bill of health, and she is now settling brilliantly into her forever home Massive thanks to Aunty Angela and young Freya and Ben for helping our tiny pupster get through a tough few weeks
