Please welcome Frodo, the tiniest Chi I ever did see
Frodo really is tiny......this teddy bear is pretty small but it drowns him
This boy may be as small as a Hobbit, but he has the heart of a lion and if you are after a little lap dog to carry around in your handbag, this aint your guy! Whilst he likes a fuss, he made it clear he doesnt like being picked up unless he asks you to. And rightly so, you wouldn't pick up a Lab and carry it around, just because he is small, he deserves the same respect! He does enjoy being close to people and having a cwtch though and his favourite today was Aunty Jen
He was so smitten with our Jen that he was happy for her to give him a little pedicure
He got a bit carried away with his spa day and found the whole experience rather relaxing and started to doze off mid nail trim
And that set the tone for the rest of the afternoon!!
In fairness to Frodo, he had a very busy day and was out at Pets At Home for a 3 hours promoting Friends and his fellow residents. He behaved impeccably and was a fabulous ambassador for the pooches at CDH!
Frodo is a little man with big personality! He may be lap sized but I get the feeling that he's going to want more from life than sitting on a lap watching TV all day! He may not take up much room on your sofa but you will know he is there!!
If Frodo’s family don’t come for him, he will be available for rehoming from 30th July, but the staff will take applications now. If you'd like more information, please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm.
