Please give a belated welcome to Jackson This darling little terrier cross has been with us for a week, but he is very shy, and didn't particular want to come out to meet us last week, so we have given him a little while to settle. Jackson doesn't particular like the paparazzie pointing cameras at him do you little guy? Nooooooooo!
And neither does he like standing around in the rain - well to be fair, it was little more than a bit of light drizzle! But Jackson was very keen to take off his coat and get back to the warmth of his kennel. He looked at us sooooo beseechingly! Can I go now? Is that enough posing for the camera?
Jackson has taken a little while to settle, but he's really come out of his shell over the past few days. We're definitely starting to see his character come through! Is that a cheeky wink? We think so! Jackson is available for rehoming immediately, so if you would like more information on him please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm. Mon/Thurs till 6pm For more information about the rehoming process at Cardiff Dogs Home, please click on the link below: REHOMING PROCESS

Sadly for Jackson, things didn't quite work out as he hoped, and he has been returned to CDH He's available for rehoming immediately, and he's hoping for better luck this time around! The walkers will be pleased, he's an absolute delight! Sorry it didn't work out for you sweetie, but the right home is out there, and we're going to help you find it

Loved my walk with Jackson yesterday, lovely boy who enjoys a good sniff in the undergrowth, isn't bothered by other dogs, adults, children or even remote controlled cars (amazing what you come across on trading estates!). Photo posted on fb. Bx

We had our first walk with little Jackson today - what a lovely little fella, well-behaved around other dogs, not bothered by traffic and very friendly. He takes his treats gently and does a nice "sit". What's not to like? I don't think he will be waiting long for his new home.

Took Jackson for a walk on the weekend and what an utter sweetie he was! He was very good on the lead, didn't pull at all and even liked having a little jog with me too! He doesn't seem to be a fan of puddles though and will specifically go out of his way to swerve or jump them.
