Awwww, how sweet is Skye? This lovely young collie mix has been signed over to the home. She is a little anxious, but after a gentle stroll by the riverbank, she was more than happy to make friends with Miss Babs! Then it was away to the vet room for a bit of getting to know you time! Skye stuck to Miss Babs like a shadow! And the two shared a few special moments... Skye has been at the home for a few days, and the staff are not taking any more applications on her at the moment. However, having 3 applications doesn't always result in a firm home offer - as poor little Peter discovered this week! Sometimes introductions don't go to plan, sometimes on reflection people change their minds, sometimes the staff may feel that a different household would be more suitable, so it's always worth giving the home a call near the rehoming due date just to check that someone has been approved to adopt. if you would like more information please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm.
