Well helloooooo handsome fella Tyson is ten years old and has been signed over by his owners as they are downsizing their property He's a handsome chap, and doesn't seem to mind his change of circumstances one little bit! We had great fun with Tyson in the garden this afternoon! It's fair to say Tyson doesn't seem to be missing his owners one little bit! Tyson is clearly a 'live in the moment' kinda guy We're told Tyson is great with kids from small to tall, but would prefer not to live with kitties. If you'd like to meet Tyson please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm. I walked this darling boy yesterday and he was a dream.
Tyson trots along next to you, no pulling at all, and stops every now and again for a rest and a big cuddle and quite a few kisses x
The perfect walking companion for anyone - I'm sure this adorable boy will be a firm favourite with our walkers!

Had my regular walk with this fella yesterday and I didn't stop smiling the whole time!
Tyson (who I think is far more of a 'Trevor' really!) is the most calm, gentle man who so enjoys being out in the fresh air.
He sniffs everything and stops every now and again just to take in the surroundings - as if he wants to remember it all for later when he's back in his kennel.
This boy is absolutely fab and would make such a wonderful companion - hope he finds his forever sofa very soon

Walked this lovely boy earlier today. For the first 5 minutes he did seem to wonder why he had been brought out to walk in the rain, but after that he walked brilliantly and didn't want to turn back!!
Walked wonderfully on the lead didn't pull at all, liked to stop and sniff around. He wasn't too keen on fuss, much more interested in sniffing the bushes, but that may have just been today.
Hope you find your forever home soon!

Tyson how can anyone have downsized you out of their life!!?? We had a lovely walk with this special boy this morning. He is cool, calm and collected, and didn't react to anything, even a train going overhead under the railway tunnel. He just took everything in his stride, with a gentle wag of the tail. Tyson likes a good sniff, particularly up and down the lane where there must be the most amazing and intriguing smells! He walked like a dream and we passed a number of other dogs, he didn't bat an eyelid. We stopped at the river for a cuddle on the benches, Tyson must be so confused about his change in circumstances. Poor boy needs to be on a family sofa asap, he'd be a lovely companion.

Had the pleasure of this guys company on a very rainy walk today! He's a happy chappy, glad to be out and about whatever the weather. Walks wonderfully on the lead, no bother with the other dogs we met and he gives a lovely sit for his treats which he takes very gently. A good to go guy who needs to be someone's everything.x

We walked Tyson for the first time this afternoon. He is a pleasure to walk, no bother at all around other dogs either. He was quite excited when he first came out but soon settled down into a lovely pace. I am surprised he is an older dog as he doesn't give that impression at all. He had plenty of energy and enjoyed a well-deserved drink in Grangemoor Park (it was quite warm today). He absolutely loves his treats and sits before you even get them out of the bag!! He also gives a lovely paw. Another lovely dog who deserves to be on someone's sofa....

We have walked Tyson twice this week and he is becoming one of my firm favourites. He walks at a steady pace, not too fast, loves sniffing everything and is just a great dog to take out for a walk. I hope he is not waiting too much longer for his forever home and that his age does not put off prospective rehomers. He is in lovely condition, great on the lead, no trouble around other dogs/walkers/joggers. And he does really good tricks! What more could you want?

Lovely walk with Tyson today- I agree is name is not the best suited. He patiently waited at Starbucks and had lots of people admiring him through the window. He was very well behaved and sat when asked. He would make a lovely pet

I took Tyson for a long walk a couple of weekends ago and he was such a good boy. He was initially pulling a bit as we started the walk but when I took him off down a quieter path he was such a good walker and the lead was completely slack. We had a great walk. He also stopped when I stopped. He's got a nice nature and responds to commands and I hope someone gives him the opportunity of a home as he really would be a great pet.

Why is this wonderful boy still at CDH?
Tyson is so chilled out, easy to walk, totally oblivious to passing dogs and just a sweetheart.
His forever family is out there somewhere - hope they come to find him soon.

I had a chat with a lady in the lane last week who was walking Tyson and said that she was considering putting in an application but was waiting for her kids to come and meet him. I wonder if that was you sam1984?
Good luck, hope it all works out for you on Saturday - he is a lovely dog.
