Poor Stella is struggling to come to terms with her recent and sudden change of circumstances. She has been brought in as a stray, and although she is chipped her registered owner says she gave Stella away three years ago, and doesn't know who 'owns' her now. Stella is a very gentle and quiet old girl. This isn't supposed to happen to a gentlewoman in her dotage, and if Stella's current owners don't come forward for her we hope she won't be waiting a moment longer than she needs to find a loving retirement home. Stella is smaller than she looks in her pictures, about corgi-size. She wouldn't take up much room, wouldn't ask for much, just someone to keep her company in her senior years. Stella may be suitable for someone with limited mobility, or someone who is also in their silver years. For more information or if you'd like to meet her please contact the staff on 029 2071 1243 or pop in to meet her.

Stella, known as Lola for short, is settling in well. She likes her short walks, balls, sticks, more sticks, sausages, toys and cuddles. The sofa is the best spot and apart from the neighbourhood cats, she gets aling with anyone she meets. She is an absolute joy to have in the family and I would urge anyone out there thinking of an older dog like Stella to go for it! Here she is playing with her latest stick....hope it works!!!
