I will be there! At the moment i'm rota'd in to work nights the 3rd and 4th so will be able to squeeze it in in between! I'm more than willing to help out but my rota is liable to change (although it shouldn't on these days!) so maybe nothing high profile 'just incase'? Can do anything beforehand though!
Thanks to everyone who helped so magnificently with Friends Spring Show! We've had a nice holiday week to enjoy the pics, pat ourselves on the back and watch lil Alfie trip trop along the ticker line towards his goal
This show in Fonmon Castle should be a massive fundraiser for Friends and the other two organisations involved, but there's no such thing as a free lunch, and we need help getting stuck into the pre show side of things to make sure the day runs as smooth as possible.
There's also a fabulous 'Early Bird' offer for people coming to enjoy the proceedings on the day, details on the website
Thanks to everyone who's already put their hands up for this - it's a beautiful venue, and it promises to be a fabulous day out
Right then Susie.....can the Morris clan put their hands up to run the info stall for you on the day? Happry to pick up the notice boards and leaflets from you before hand and transport them to Fonmon.
Will have a gazebo with us as well.
Can you let me know where and when is best for you for pick up of the notices boards etc........if you want us to have some dogs coats or treats to sell alongside the info, happy to help with that too ;D
Just to confirm craft stall arrangements. As before we are going to run craft stall and high quality bric a brac (booty) stalls side by side. Emma, Rhian, John and I are meeting at the Store at 8 on Monday morning. We will load up 2 cars with craft goods and bric a brac and get to Fonmon hopefully by 9. (The car entry fee isn't a problem for us as Friends will get a proportion anyway). Cheers, Rach ;D
I'm a possible at the moment as I have visitors so may well be busy that weekend + exams are looming. Really wanted to be there though :-( If I can't make it where can I drop my raffle tickets off - at CDH ? Caz
If you've put your hand up, I'm coming to get you - if you haven't put your hand up, I'm coming to get you ;D
Thanks so much to everyone who's offered to come and share the day with us
Lynne, if we could meet at CDH on the weekend to do a bit of pre-show loading up that would be fab. If anyone else can bring stock & supplies on the day, and is happy to collect over the weekend, please let us know. We have stuff from Woodlands to collect (and stuff to drop off there) so if anyone could squidge this in before Friday please post here.
Raffle tickets - any that haven't been returned can be dropped off at CDH anytime before Friday. Please don't bring them on the day - it'll be too late and my head will be on a block
We've got a lot of prep to do this week folks, but it's going to be a cracker of a show, and a massive fundraising boost for Friends Sensory Garden
Will be there for Doggy Dash relief duty, and when i'm not doing that I can go round with the Abs and Bails picking up litter (it's my new forte dontcha know ) or anything else I can do with two dogs on the end of a lead who have a low boredom threshold
