Radyr & Morganstown Fun Dog Show on Sunday 20 May
We have been invited to have a stall at this event, sounds like a fun family event ;D We need a few people to help set up and man the stall please. If we had a small team, then people could take it in turns so everybody got to have a good look round. And it's not an early start - Set up from 11am for 2pm start. More details: Festival Dog Show and Vintage Motorcycles, Lychgate Gardens, Radyr Sidings, Radyr. Sunday 20th May. Start time 2pm With a Teddy Bears Picnic, Best Dressed Bear Competition. Stalls, Bouncy Castle, BBQ & Soft Drinks Bar. Entry to the dog show is £1 and includes: Dog with the waggiest tail, Best tit bit catcher, Best 6 legs, Dog with the prettiest eyes, Best veteran (over10yrs) Best Rescue Dog fancy dress parade Map shows it as open space but there's an estate there now with a large green space where the event will be held maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&q=...ved=0CCMQ8gEwAA

Happy to help at this. Three hour set up sounds a bit intense though ! Let me know what you want me to do - looks like a lot of people will be at the fun run so I can hold the fort here wit anyone else who's available. Caz x

Sadie and I run past here all the time , right near the river and there are some lovely walks around. Quite an affluent area too , so may be some pennies to be raised. I can do anything and everything! Will try and rope in some help too.

I *think* (and waiting to be corrected), that we are having a Crafty Table with Friends Info. and Nuggie is have a CARIAD Info stand. So, if you'd like to come along and enjoy the show and help out on the Crafty Stand for a bit so that everybody gets a break that will be great ;D -
If you are going to the show, Val Allan who is organising the event has also arranged an animal blessing as part of the Diamond Jubilee at her farm on the Llantrisant road. If anyone is interested:

Ang is correct...the crafty peeps are going to be selling our wares at the fayre!!!!!
we need a few helpers still peeps,
(arrive from about 12pm, the fayre doesnt start until 2pm though, so whatever time you can spare...)
at least three people on the crafty table and four people to work on the human fruit machine if possible....
any takers......
please post your names if available to help...
runners we should be finished with the race from about 12.30....(if im not detained with st johns ambulance that is ) so why not make a day of it!!!!!

sorry peeps, after my dismal show at the gym trying to do 5k...ive realised i wont be able to complete the funrun and get to the radyr show in time. im going to have to give the radyr show a miss.....
(if someone wants to take the crafty stuff down to sell and run the stall no probs we can do a hasnd over of stock!)
