Rachel - you are indeed the Car Boot Queen You done it again turned a lot of nothing-much-at-all into hard cash for the Kennel Fund We had a nice little 11th hour box of donations from Pug Rescue (through Lynne), which freshened up the stall for the last big 'push' and Marina, (fair play to you Marina) tried to sell some cello wrapped doggy treats to Cheryl from Woodlands who was passing by Didn't they look great on the table though Cheryl? I would have taken a picture for the Woodlands folk, but me and my camera had to sit in the car with the engine on for most of the morning We worked out a brilliant 'central heating' system - put two large metal dog bowls in the car footwell, allow to come to 'blimey-that's-hot' temperature, and then stick 'em up your jumper The very nice man let Rachel in for nothing again - many thanks to the Bessemer Road Market peeps

Has anyone looked at sending any cd's/dvds/games to music magpie? I know they don't pay a lot but if you can't sell them at a carboot it's always worth sending them off as its postage free. oooh nice - I did look at this once, but didn't do anything with it. We'll be updating our 'Sits Vac' soon. I wonder if we could find someone who'd be willing to take this on? It is a really good way to keep stuff turning around if it doesn't go at the Booty's. But fair play to Rach, she is very good, I mean very, very good at clearing the table If you haven't got anyone already, I don't mind selling the leftover stubborn 'won't sell' CD's/DVD's to Music Magpie. They give you a reasonable price. My S Club 7 CD (*goes red with embarrassment*) went for 75p. Can't get fairer than that lol.
