hiya Andrea, welcome to the forum We are always up for money making ideas! We have a fundraising/good ideas section here on the forum, its named "Helping the Dogs! Fundraising, Hands on Leads, and Whatever Tickles your Tummy" and its about half way down the main page. We are holding a Meet & Greet at Pets At Home this coming Saturday and a few of our vols will be there raising money, chatting to people about what we do etc and some of the walkers will be along with the dogs currently looking for homes. If you are local, pop along and say hello, would be lovely to meet you! We should be there from about 11ish Im Becky by the way, I do a bit of walking, updating the new dogs for the forum and help out at Meet & Greets etc. We are a nice bunch

Hi Andrea Welcome to Friends and the forum! There are loads of ways to help us raise funds If you like car booties you could join Rach and Sandra at Bessemer road. If you like chatting with people come along to our meets and greets. If you prefer to help from your armchair you can collect echo wish tokens. There are always events that need manning and we occasionally have specific jobs that we need volunteers to help with......I'm sure baglady (our chairperson) will be along to say hi soon!!! Hope to meet you at one of our events soon. Lynne

Hi Andrea!
Welcome to the forum ;D as the others have said, there's always lots of ways to get involved and fundraise so just get stuck in!
I help out when I can with events and dog walking, the friends of cdh are indeed a very friendly bunch and everyone enjoys doing their 'bit' for the dogs ;D
