Cracking turn out of the dogs today ;D Did Poppy come along with her mum?? Gutted if she did and I missed her, I loved that girlie!!
Well done Team Meet & Greet! The last couple of weeks have literally been non stop but its all worth it! All the extra coughers in the fund, but just as important, getting the dogs out there to show the public what amazing pooches we have ;D
There isn't a thread here but a few of us were at Sainsburys today with the Round Table of Cardiff. Barclays were meant to be manning it but cancelled fairly late last night but a few emergency calls to the vols had it sorted
Big thank you to Laura and Andy who brought recently rehomed Snowy Husky with them. He looked absolutely stunning in his red Santa coat and Im not fibbing when I say all the kids were bypassing Santa to get to Snowy He behaved impeccably, and he really is a credit to Laura and Andy! Then morning walker Lynne and her pals dog Pero (hope that's spelt correctly Lynne!) turned up. Pero was almost smuggled in the back of my car, scruffy faced terrier munchkin, just my kinda man ;D Then Lucy and Paul came along with the absolutely irresistible Princess Mia How on earth that girl is still looking for a home is beyond me. She is just a dream!!!! And for the last shift we had Kevin and Sophie and their majorly delicious Dexter! He turned a fair few heads in his Santa outfit too ;D
Well done Team Sainsburys, I know it was a bit last minute but that doesn't stop a Friends Volunteer The Roundtable will get in touch with Susie in the next couple of days with the amount raised so watch this space x
