Saturday - I'll be at CDH in the morning, happy to help out transporting a few dogs into town! I'm thinking Fudge & Dave, Buster, and maybe Cara, and possibly a few more if we have enough willing hands in town. Sunday - Happy to take the reins in town Lynne And can transport doglets to and from town for any vols who fancy a bit of schmoozing. Please post up if you're able to help. The Home is pretty full at the moment. Whenever we take our dogs to town it almost invariably results in rehoming offers, and we desperately need to find forever homes for some of our beloved strays.

Had a great day in town on Saturday. It was a beautiful sunny day with loads of peeps about!!
We took 5 CDH pooches ....Dave, Fudge, Hannah, Buster and Cara....without exception they were all absolutely brilliant and fabulous ambassadors for Friends of Dogs and CDH. They had lots of attention, one couple coming back twice to spend time with Fudge n Dave, one woman totally captivated by Hannah, and I thought at one point we were going to have drag another woman away from Buster and as for Cara well no passerby could resist her beautiful face and soul!!
Great way to spend a Saturday....and I got to spend the day with the fab duo that is Fudge n Dave.... what more could you ask for!?!?!
Any vols hesitating at doing this please join us....it's great fun, you get to spend fabulous quality time with the pooches and the public are incredibly generous with their cash and their comments.

Just wanted to say a mahoosive 'thank you' to everyone who turned out to help on this rather glorious weekend It was a little quieter on Sunday, but whilst we were there we nipped into the Borough to empty our collection pot, and when we added up all the pennies (and the very generous notes) from the weekend, it came to a pretty fabulous ..... £429.30
Thank you to everyone who helped, our old friends who have been with us from the very start, our lovely new friends, and of course, our faithful friends, the dogs Well done guys, you were amazing
