Some cdh residents had a lovely day today!

Becky, Jen, Susie and I were lucky enough to be able to take some of the current residents out for a lovely walk today, and they had a fabulous time!

Marley, Fly, Dave and Fudge all came along with us, along with Susie's dog Bas. They all travelled well in the cars, especially on the way back when they were all shattered

The dogs all behaved really well, and were great ambassadors for the dogs home. We passed by lots of dogs and there were no issues with any of them. Marley and Fly were particularly taken with each other, and liked to walk alongside each other very very close

We stopped at a pub for some refreshments and all the dogs sat patiently, and even fell asleep in the case of Dave and Fudge

We and the dogs had a lovely time. It is so nice to get to see them out of their kennels enjoying themselves and doing things that they would do in their own homes. We were very proud of our fabulous dogs today

What a great day out! The pics are brilliant, and the dogs look so happy 

It's lovely seeing them in a relaxed environment where they can just be themselves and do 'normal' doggy things
