Would you be interested in learning about the fun, fast paced, canine sport of Flyball? Alistair Kirk of the Black Adders Flyball team will be explaining what the sport entails, how the separate components are taught and introduce you to the equipment. Dogs need to be fit and healthy and aged at least a year of age to participate.
Introduction to Flyball When: Saturday 9th August Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm Where: Willows High School, Tremorfa, Cardiff, CF24 2YE. (Please enter via the children’s entrance on Mervyn Road) – (find this location on a map).Where: Willows High School, Tremorfa, Cardiff, CF24 2YE. (Please enter via the children’s entrance on Mervyn Road, opposite end to Splott Park Gates) Cost: Handler places £40 & Spectator places £20 Maximum of 12 Handler places but no limit on Spectator places. Lunch will be for 45 minutes, 12:30pm-1:15pm, please bring a packed lunch if required. Tea and coffee will be provided.

I would like to offer Friends of the Dogs Wales one free Handler and two free Spectator places on this workshop. I am happy for these places to be 'sold' on to raise funds or gifted to one of your volunteers. I just need their details prior to Saturday.

That sounds amazing. Unfortunately Jake just eats tennis balls.
It sounds like a lot of fun though.

If any of our registered walkers(s) would like to have a doggy day out with a CDH resident tomorrow please let us know! Or if you have recently adopted from CDH and would like to see whether they are a flyball natural, we'll be happy to put your name in the hat too! There is only one place with dog available and one extra spectator space.
