The dogs have to be in a crate to be transported don't they!?
I've got a dog grill across my boot but wouldn't fit a crate in the car otherwise I'd offer to bring a dog over.

Hi all! I'm really sorry I can't make this now To make up for it I'll be popping down to do some wakey walks tomorrow morning and I'll also come along to the next Cardiff Bay one and walk a dog over. Hope tomorrow goes well!

LAST-MINUTE-DOT-COM ANNOUNCEMENT There has been a last minute change of venue - tomorrow's M&G will be at Cardiff Bay Store, NOT Newport Road, so it will be a bit of this ....rather than a bit of this It will make things a lot easier from a logistical point of view, I can take the table, rehoming book, buckets & banners over ready for base camp. If you have put your hand up for tomorrow please could you post up here to confirm that you are still able to help. Thanks folks! We're still doing Newport Road on 30th btw

I'm planning on coming down to the home tomorrow to take a dog for a walk, I was planning on going over to Starbucks way. Is 12-1pm ish too late to bring a dog over to Pets at Home?

I can still make it until 12:45. I can walk a dog over but don't know the way so if someone could give me directions that would be fab or maybe I could follow someone at a distance?

Anytime between 11 and 3 would be fab It works out really well when the dogs arrive at different times, by 12-1 there may be dogs that have been there since 11 who are ready to go home.

Sirius, it takes about 20 - 30 mins from the home depending on how fast you walk. If you head down Penarth Road, past the pump house, take the right turn onto the Ely trail and follow it until you reach the mound. You can then either go up over the hill (if it is muddy this can be a little slippy on the way down the other side) or take the path around to the left and you will be at the Cardiff Bay retail park and should see Pets at Home. If my directions don't make sense there will be someone about at the home to ask or there may even be others going that way you can walk with

Thanks Jen. That sounds easy enough. Will get down to CDH early to give myself enough time.
