Right then folks We are meeting and greeting at Pets at Home, Cardiff Bay on Saturday 23rd August 2014. We will be there from 11 until 3. New volunteers always welcome We need someone to be our base camper - is anyone able to set up and clear up? You will need a table, table cloth, collecting pots, banner (either to attach to the table or a pop up one if you are indoors), leaflets and rehoming book. Unfortunately I have a prior engagement so can not join the fun

Hello!
I haven't made it down to CDH for a week now so would really like to come and walk a dog over to PAH.
Only thing is I don't know the way or which dogs are most suitable for it?

Hi Jackie
If you pop along to cdh at around 10.30ish on Saturday, the lovely Susie should be there to find you a walking companion of the four legged variety.
There should also be other walkers heading in the same direction that you can tag along with.

I am excited about tomorrow! But I'm also nervous - silly right? It's my first event type thing
Will anyone be my buddy on the walk over?
P.s if I could possibly take Hagrid that would be awesome - though I know Shell has a soft spot for him!

Jackie don't fret it was my first meet & greet last week, despite my being a dog walker for quite some time, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, you'll have a blast. All the vols are a really friendly bunch, and I loved chatting to the public and hearing their stories, happy and sad, but most of all getting to spend the day with some gorgeous dogs, what could be better ay hope to meet you soon xx

Vols seem a bit thin on the ground for this one! I can walk over with a dog about 11.30 and stay until at least 2pm if that's any help!

I'll be at CDH at about 11:30-12ish. I'd be happy to walk over to PAH with a pooch and stay for a couple of hours. I really enjoyed the last meet and greet, it was great fun.
