I really like that Shell - never seen one of those before. First thoughts were 'wonder if I can make one' but having studied the photo, looks more complicated than I thought

Ang, I would love to show you a pic or three of our tree but that would mean clambering into the attic to photograph the box...

It's very special Shell Looks lovely OH swept the patio this morning, we've got a very autumnal little pile of gold and brown leafage in the corner, and I'm just going to keep the curtains open and look at that for the time being ;D We always used to have a 'proper' Christmas tree in the BD (before dog) years, but haven't had one for ages. We gave our majestic looking spruce fir pine full on real artificial tree about three years ago, and to my shame haven't had anything up since. S'raining again, I think it's 'arorak on and get out regardless' time - my dogs are climbing the walls

I have a few Christmas cards, purchased randomly from a Charities Fayre a few week ago, but they'll be given out if and when I see peeps 'cos, I'm proud to say, I have no intention of sending even one this year One present has been purchased, for my elderly Godmother (I'd never hear the end of it otherwise ) and shall - notice "shall", it ain't wrapped yet ) be wrapped with one of a selection of wrapping papers that have been stored upstairs for...ermmmm...a number of years. Tree is still in its box (sorry, Ang) and decs are still in their bags. I lurves Christmas, I do The dogs will get Christmas though, even if no hoomans do. This is them last Christmas: The Wobs opened his first pressie: (now my Bridge Boy ) Waiting for Xmas treats: Woblet opening his new tyre pressie, he never needed help : See, I'm not thatttttt horrible ;D
