I have just been to CDH and was told that Splash has been claimed by his owner (good news for him). So can you please allocate us another dog to take down in the car on Friday morning - thanks very much. We don't mind which dog as long as he fits in the car...... awwww, kinda happy for him, kinda disappointed, but mostly happy, we had such fun with him in the vet room. Don't worry Helen, there's sure to be a small dog who would love to come. Not sure if this little 'un is still there, she came in on Sunday too, very nervous, but without a doubt she will have settled into the routine by Friday.  The staff have named her Myfanwy   One thing we're never short of is dogs! xx |

I'd love to help out but Dad is away for the next few weeks unfortunately, so it's the buses for me, and I have to be back home at about 1pm so I can get ready for work. Would it be okay just to come along to M&S, if I'm able on the day, to help out and then head off after an hour or two? I don't want to risk taking a dog out and not having enough time to return them. Fingers crossed I can pop along for a bit - going to check out bus routes later.

Sian - that will be absolutely perfect! It always helps to have some spare pairs of hands, for when people want a toilet break, or want to pop over to Greggs or Subway to pick up a coffee, or some lunch. Also the staff in M&S will be doing their charity bike-ride in store, and it will be nice if some of the Pilgrims could spend some time in store (without a dog obviously) to cheer them on. Hi ya. I've never done a Meet & Greet before but I'm free for a few hours Friday or Saturday morning, whichever is best for you? I don't mind which lovely dog I walk (but I do have a soft spot for Robert!!! ). Let me know which day has the least vols and I'm all yours for a couple of hours at least! x Friday - come on Friday! Am working both days but finish @ 12pm on Sat and can come over for the last couple of hours.
Hopefully some of those gorg fur babies will still be there and am happy to get stuck in to whatever you need help with.
