Please welcome little Tia This darling little lady was brought in as a stray last week, and although she was a little nervous and anxious when she first arrived, she seems to have settled into the routine of kennel life. She loves human contact, and was very happy to get her cuddles from Aunty Janet! Once she knew she was in safe hands, Tia kicked up her pretty little heels and enjoyed some garden zoomies! We have no idea how many times Tia has changed hands in her young life, but we do know that her last owner only had Tia for 6 days, so it's really anyone's guess There was lots to explore in the garden! Hmmmm, looks like room service has left a little something for you Tia! As Tia's most recent owner has not come to collect her, Tia is now available for rehoming. It's possible they think it's cheaper to buy another dog from gumtree or social media selling pages than it would be to pay Tia's release fee, even though they were made aware that Tia was at the Home the same day she came in If you would like more information, or would like to meet Tia, please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm. We were lucky to be able to take this little sweetheart home yesterday. She's settled in a treat and in less than a day, it's like she's been with us for months! She had a lovely time over the park this morning getting to know the other dogs and zooming around after her ball. An absolute darling and we look forward to having many happy years with her. Thanks to everyone at the Dogs Home for looking after her x

We've had this little beaut (now called Molly) for a year and I think she's pretty content with her lot in life! Like many terriers, she can be vocal, stubborn and a right diva, but we really can't imagine life without her now. She gives us so much love, absolutely craves cwtches, and definitely prefers humans to other dogs. We've occasionally considered getting her some company to see if we can bring out her inner puppy but not sure how she'd cope with having to share fuss! It's only been in the last few weeks that she's started going off and resting on her own elsewhere in the house; it's lovely to see and I guess shows how long it can take some dogs to feel truly settled in a new house. She's a wonderful pup and we're very lucky to have been able to give her her forever home
