Please welcome Ruby Ruby was very anxious when she arrived at Cardiff Dogs Home, and as we didn't want to stress her, we kept it short and sweet when we brought her out for her rehoming pics. Ruby has had a tough time recently, and is going to need to learn how to trust again, so she will need a very gentle, kind and patient home. She seems frightened of her own shadow, and even more afraid of humans, we can only guess what has made her so anxious. Ruby is available for rehoming immediately, and if you'd like to meet her please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm. Ruby has come to spend the bank holiday with me today and she arrived with no issues whatsoever. She immediately pitched in, acquainted herself with her new surroundings and generally made herself very at home. She is a fantastic companion and is happy to be at your side at all times without being too needy about it. She’s funny and quite gregarious for such a small dog. She enjoys nice walks and is really very chilled. A fantastic future pet for some lucky person(s).

Another shout out for little Ruby. She has just spent a week of respite with me and has made herself very much at home. She’s so easy and very loving. She adores company but can also be left for periods without any problems. She loves her walks and would be a perfect dog for anybody wanting a faithful companion. I would have thought she’d have been snapped up by now so I once again want to highlight her wonderful qualities for all you potential adopters!
