Our regular forum visitors might recognise Cory. The best dog in the world. (yeah, we are allowed to say that) Cory was found abandoned as a fairly young pup last August. He was brought to Newport City Dogs Home, and was rehomed very quickly - Cory was a very popular fella with the staff, volunteers and walkers Cory new peeps returned him to the Home this week due to a change in circumstances. He came with glowing references, Cory really is the golden boy we knew he was destined to be. He has grown a little from the young pup we first knew, but he has matured into the best natured, friendliest and smartest boy you could wish to meet! Cory had a playdate with our volunteers' pups when he arrived, and although he is still a youngster himself, probably no more than about 18 months, he brought his best big brotherly friendliness game to the party, Cory was so patient and careful with the pups, a super role model for our youngsters! More pics and vids to follow of Cory - watch this space! If you'd like to meet Cory pop up to Newport City Dogs Home! TEL 01633 290 902 between 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm, on weekdays, 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 3.30pm on Saturday. Please note: the home is CLOSED on Sundays. Rehoming fees are from £120 depending on the age/breed of the dog, and include 1st vaccination, flea & worm treatment and neutering.

Oh Cory, you melted our hearts again! Cory didn't have to unpack his bags, he had more rehoming offers than he could count, and we were so happy to see him leave with his new peeps! Cory *might* be coming to a TV screen near you in the Autumn to share his story, and we'll be sure to let our Cory fans know! Have a wonderful life Cory
