Well, this was a bit impromptu ;D We had an invitation from Blue Ridge Canine Academy (yesterday) to present the awards to their 'graduates' tonight at 7.00pm in Rhoose How could I say 'No'? They put on team displays of the Puppy & Junior Class, and then the Adult Class, and I have to say I was bowled over by the hard work that has been invested in these lovely dogs I was thrilled to learn that they were almost all rescue dogs. I was especially pleased to meet the lovely Gunter, rescue staffie from Hope Rescue and Cardiff Dogs Home's very own Wilf All the dogs were a credit to the very proud mums & dads (and big sisters) and it was fabulous to see so many dogs, having come through the stray and unwanted system, now happily ensconced in their own homes, with people who love, treasure, and value them The very kind folk at Blue Ridge made very generous donations to Friends, and I would like to thank Stuart & Toni and everyone involved who made it a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Congratulations to everydog who graduated tonight You were all superstarsPics will follow ;D
