Why on earth is Sadie still at CDH?? The minute I saw that smile I thought, 'she'll be snapped right up'. I can't understand the owner who never came to claim her either! What a gorgeous dog she is.

Another that brings a huge smile to my face, hopefully this will help Sadie with her nerves and put her much more at ease!

So fantastic to see this lovely sweet little girl finally having the confidence to come face to face with other dogs & actually enjoy being in their company! Way to go lady Sadie

What a lovely pic. Such a shame that humans are missing out on having these gorgeous dogs in their lives.

How amazing to see Sadie interacting with other dogs! AMAZING. I can't wait to see this little munchkin tomorrow I honestly think it would be so rewarding to give Sadie a home, someone give me a house and not a flat and she'd be my first application hehe <3

We hope that Sadie finds a forever sofa soon.

I had a lovely walk and a play in the garden with Sadie today. She was quite tactile today as well, instead of her trademark twirling she walked right up against my leg and if she felt a little unsure or stressed (it was pretty windy!) then she just ducked behind me. Once we got back to the home we headed into the garden and she came to life! She spent 20minutes running around playing with the boomer ball - she absolutely loves it! I never thought I'd see the day there was something this girl preferred to a tennis ball but I think the boomer ball won the competition. She had an absolute blast - tails was wagging and she was making all sorts of playful noises as she batted it around. When it was time to go back to her kennel she really wanted to take it with her!
I have got a couple of pictures and short video clips that I'll upload later. Pictures were hard to get though as she didn't really stop playing for long enough to get a good snap.

Slightly blurry photos because she barely stopped to catch her breath before she was off again! The link is to one of the video clips of her playing

Sadie is such a pretty girl, but for whatever reason she was continually overlooked at the Home. The staff had an offer of a rescue space from an amazing sanctuary, and she went off to start her new life last week. The sanctuary owners has been in touch and say she has settled well, and they have promised to keep in touch to let us know how she's doing. Good luck Sadie

Love this girl and I really hope she gets a bit more of a boost in rescue. She has oodles of potential and lots of love to give, just needs a bit of self-confidence.
I can't wait to hear how she's getting on.
