Another great hours walk with Muffin again on Saturday and only one photo to show for it... This time I was far too busy enjoying her company! We headed off up Penarth Road as it's usually a little quieter and her focus was really good when passing other dogs I always have a good natter to her on walks, she probably wants me to shut up to be fair, but she always has a wag on her tail!! She is heavily treat focused so when I went into my pocket to get my phone to take a photo she was sat straight away - she's not stupid haha. However I have found if I show her my hand and say "nothing carry on" she realises that it's not treat time and happily trots off, even if a little disappointed in me - whoops After our walk we had a sit down in the car park, because the garden is having a really exciting facelift. Muffin sat with me, snuggled in, nuzzled my hands and I loved every second.

Walked my favourite dog today - little Muffin. And my heart melts every time she goes nuts rolling around in the grass and playing in puddles. 7 months in kennels, all she needs is patience and love. Everytime I log on I keep all fingers and toes crossed to see her page moved to Forever Homes.

Walked the lovely Muffin today. Had a few 'barks' at other passing dogs but did get better as the walk progressed. No pulling other than around dogs, but didn't like men in hard hats either. Likes to lick your hand as you are walking :-)

What a difference a week makes! Muffin was far more laid back when passing other dogs yesterday, and even ignored one completely! I've never walked muffin but I always pass her on walks , it is really great news to hear that she is improving.

Sometimes there aren't the words to explain just how elated you feel over the update of a dog. This is one of those times. Tonight, Muffin is no longer in kennel31, but in a home of her own. Be happy and thank you for all the fun.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG SUPER SUPER HAPPY!! What lovely news to wake up to. Muffin was my favourite dog there and it was heart breaking to see her wait for her forever home for so long. Good luck Muffin with the future you superstar pup. You are missed but can't stop smiling to think you have finally found your family. Yey!

Great to see Muffin has got herself a new home. I took Muffin out on Thursday morning and it was my first time meeting her. She was a lovely girl and I'm so happy I got to meet her before she left the building. All the best Muffin x
