Sad to see Thomas has been returned to the Home. Took him out for a nice walk this afternoon and he was as lovely as I remembered him and he seemed to remember me (at least he seemed comfortable with me). It took him a while to find a home last time so I hope it won't take quite so long next time. He's such a super boy and I know one day he'll find his forever sofa. He wears a muzzle when out but it doesn't bother him at all. I shall keep my fingers crossed for you Thomas.

Nooooo! So very sad to read that Thomas is looking for a forever family again - he was such a favourite and he waited so long! Big up for the lurchers - I have two and couldn't love them more!! One is from CDH - I'd be down there for Thomas if I thought I could manage three, but alas I cannot. They're not, in my experience, for the mild hearted, but wow, they reward your patience and love in truck loads - everything crossed Thomas won't be waiting long this time!! Good luck gorgeous boy!

Another lovely walk with Thomas yesterday afternoon in the sunshine, after which I took him in the garden to let him have a run. He was very interested in running for the ball but he couldn't pick it up because he is muzzled. Such a lovely boy. Hope that special someone comes along for him soon.

As our walkers have already noticed, Thomas has been returned to the Home. He is available for rehoming immediately. It seems Thomas can be a bit bossy around young children, especially when there is food about, so the staff will be looking for a home with older children, or an all-adult home.

Hi to you all who are friends of Thomas, especially goodfriend4, I know you miss him. Just to let you know that the boy's doing good. Thomas has settled in amazingly well considering what a shock to the system it must have been for him. He and my brood are all happy together (Kev treats him like the best mate he's known since year dot )Thom's remembering that he needs four feet on the ground before he gets fuss and he is soooooo bright; he's quick to learn! Love the little guy to bits. Thank you to all who cared about and took the time to know him

So, so thrilled that Thomas has settled well and a HUGE thanks for the update on his progress. I miss him a lot but to see him happy and enjoying the company of other dogs makes me very happy too. Yes he is a fast learner - I always found him to be super intelligent. Have a wonderful life Thomas!

I miss Thomas a lot too, as I only just got an account I couldn't show you any pictures of Tom when I had him, he was always such a lovely boy, we just had to give him back because he nipped my brother, I was so heartbroken when that happened and thanks for the update on his progress, I was so happy to see that he had other lurcher friends in his home, he especially loves boys.

It must be difficult for you I will keep all on here updated the best I can. Just to make you smile: I had to be up for work today at 3am so scratched Thom as I passed. He turned over for me to scratch his stomach....and rolled right off the sofa, bless him Thomas didn't hurt himself - he's fine =) - but I don't think he does "embarrassed" very well
