They really don't come much scrummier than Patch We met this little fella for a quick speed date today, and he is an absolutely delight! Verrrry nosy and inquisitive, and there were more interesting things to look at than the camera lens, so it was a bit difficult getting him to post for the camera! And Patch has the attention span of a gnat - so although he jumped up onto the seat for a cwtch he forgot why he was there and houndy-howled at some passing canoeists instead Sorry Miss Janet - gotta go! Things to sniff! We had to pop back to the kitchen and get some emergency sausages to try to get Patch's full attention! It worked a treat For more information or if you'd like to meet this handsome boy please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm. Awwww Ollie and I had the most fabulous walk with Patch this morning. We were on a double lead (so we both had him on our wrist but on a single lead) which was lovely as Patch was such a good boy that Ollie (9) pretty much walked him with me giving him a helping hand when crossing the road and passing others. Patch enjoyed a good sniff and a wee at (it seemed like) every bush and we took a leisurely stroll to the cwtch bench by the river. We tried giving Patch a treat but he wasn't that fussed, although he was very thirsty so we gave him a drink and some cuddles. It got a bit messy as he was on then off then on the bench and got into a bit of a tangle with the double lead! This boy is good to go, great with walking, verrry cuddly, a happy chap who deserves a loving home. I'm sure he won't be hanging around too long. Good luck Patch xxx
