Please whisper a very gentle welcome to Curtis Poor Curtis. He arrived emaciated and neglected, and completely unable to eat. His mouth was full of rotten teeth, he could hardly open his mouth, let alone eat, and Curtis was booked in for a full dental examination under anaesthetic. The vets had to extract over 20 teeth, and although his mouth is still very sore he enjoyed his first decent meal for a very long time this afternoon. Curtis is gentle and shy, but very affectionate. He is feeling better than he has done for a very long time. Curtis isn't as old as we thought when we first saw him. After coming round from his anaesthetic today we took him into the car park for a toilet break and he pranced around like a show pony! If you'd like more information or would like to meet Curtis please contact the centre on 029 2071 1243.
