bow is booked in for spaying on wednesday morning. does anyone know how long the whole thing is likely to take? we've only had dogs done before and i presume it's a longer job for a bitch. also will she have dissolving stitches or will she have to return to have them removed? gail

They did ours in a day ( but this was through private vet) but poor girls were helpless n sore for few days n no walking for quite a while I seem to remember. They didn't go back for stitch removal.

We had Daffy spayed at the dogs home.
She was there all day. Had dissolving stitches, but went back for one check up to make sure everything was healing nicely.
