Its amazing how many people don't know about the amount and variety of dogs in Rescue waiting for their forever home. So lets show them ;D I'll start with my three. Merlin as a 4 month old pup when he first came into Rescue Unfortunately, his original adopters didn't feel they could keep a big, lumpy, typical collie when their kids came along and we adopted him at 2yrs old when he looked like this Izzy, born in a large national rescue on Christmas Eve. Taken on by a specialist Greyhound/Lurcher Rescue when she was still there 8 months later . We adopted her shortly afterwards. Megs Megs found herself in the pound when she was about 8 months old. We fostered her and she never left, ;D

aw, no excuse needed ;D This is The Very Reverend Fudgie Bear, our beautiful, funny, intelligent rescue poopie from Cardiff Dogs Home. Check out Fudgie's 'Talented Pet' video here We adopted Fudgie from the Home when we were registered walkers. We got to know him quite well, and one day whilst we were at the Home, someone asked the staff if they could see him out of his kennel, and I knew we had to act fast! So we did, and took him home with us there and then. Our first ever dog, changed our lives forever And this is Cardinal Basil Hugo, our beautiful, funny, rather 'intellectually challenged' rescue poopie, failed foster from Hope Rescue. Me and Bas went to Prestatyn in North Wales last year, and walked all the way home ;D We were raising money for Hope Rescue, it took us two weeks, and Bas was an absolute trooper. He made me laugh the whole time. Funny lil man he is ;D I luffs my two lil rescue dogs I do, I blimmin luffs 'em

Mine aren't rescue dogs but they do work hard for rescue - they help with fostering and fundraising so I feel they do have a place in rescue as they've had to put up with quite a lot over the years (+ am on the lookout for a cocker or spanielX girl pup at the moment !!!) Ruby - blind from glaucoma Wilf But here's Billy my current foster boy who's a springerxstaffy (he was so scared before he came into rescue that it was suggested he should be pts - not by the rescue I might add)

I've got 2 dogs at the moment. Rhomi (not a rescue). But has been my right hand dog whether its helping hand rear pups (she does everything but feed them), disciplining naughty fosters, teaching them manners or how to play. and Rocket. (or the pocket rocket to his friends) Rocket is a german puff (GSD x Chinese Crested Powderpuff) that I fostered when he was about 9 mths old. I was adamant he wasn't going to stay and it took me longer than anyone to realise he was going nowhere. Friend's insist they took one look at a picture of him sharing a bed with Rhomi and knew he wasn't leaving. Rocks is my little superstar. Rocket by name, Rocket by nature and has got me into agility which he seems to have a natural flair for.

This my lovely Megan, adopted from Hope in February 2010. She was a hand in to Hope Rescue, with not much of a background story so we don't really know her history. Her favourite friends are Fudgie and Bas, who she loves to race around like a loon with ;D , Scampi the JRT that she's known since she was a tiny puppy (they play for hours together), and Kara the collie cross who Megs has been teaching agility to: We have been learning agility this year, and Megs is a natural, she absolutely loves it ;D she has such a big grin on her face when we do it: (she had never done the collapsible tunnel before this pic love my girlie
