I too my dogs out for a walk on Wednesday night, and even though I am usually sooooo careful about where we go, and who/what we might encounter, I'm afraid I let me guard drop, and I got attacked and bitten. I received a number of bites, to my chest, my back, my arms and the the worst ones were on my hand, when I was trying to fight off..... ... the horsefly Hand gone puffy, tingly, arm going numb, I think I'm a gonner

I started reading this thinking, oh no what on earth happened to you?? Then I realised that I was with you, and it wasn't doggie bites at all, but the evil winged creatures that live in the woods. I don't know what you've been eating or spraying on you that makes you so tasty though, I wasn't bitten at all ;D Hope your arm feels better soon though!

You have my sympathies I hate the b*** - they call them clegs where I come from (why I don't know) - mind you I've even had to go to docs in past for bites from midges, mozzies and bedbugs as well as I react so badly from them all.
Hopefully the effects will ease off soon
