Libby and Cathryn from Barry are running the Half Marathon for Friends of Cardiff Dogs Home. We give them  FRIENDS Sponsor forms are in the post to them today.
Is there anyone else who would like to join them? We sewing peeps could rustle some 'Dog Theme' addition to the running kit - I'm thinking 101 Dalmatians -  Libby and Cathryn  |

May or may not do Cardiff half depending on squeezing it in , but am doing a couple of marathons , and survival of the fittest in Sept/OCT. Was going to ask about raising sponsorship and printing of a Freinds Logon on a running vest? What do you think?

I just did a double take Caz, trained by Sadie  I can't believe you slipped that past us  Survival of the Fittest That was last week, and I can't see you in this picture   Are you running on Sunday? I'm not going to around to cheer anyone on, but I can't wait to see the piccies  |
