A big thank you to Thomas who donated his £5 pocket money. Thank you to everyone that bought a slice of choccy cake - another £5 raised. And well done Rach - who sold one of the donated booty looty items before it even left the CDH car park! A HUGE thank you to Emma Newton who delviered four lovely pots full of colourful bedding plants - what a difference it made to the home to see that splash of colour! (I am sure Baglady has some photos to follow!)

(I am sure Baglady has some photos to follow!) I am slightly worried for those beautiful pots of flowers. They will need to be watered regularly because they will soon dry out in such a sunny spot, so I wonder if all of us who go down to the Home regularly could just prevent them from dying from thirst. The compost just has to feel a bit moist, not wet. If we look after them they are going to look absolutely stunning in a few weeks time. Rach

Ahhhh, it's great when a plan comes together! Thank you sooooooo much to everyone who came along with donations, everything on our list was ticked ........ Massive 'thank you' to Emma Newton for these... The 'Bring and Buy' element of our Last Sundays is now pretty well established, and we encourage peeps to have first dibs on donations in the car park (saves us having to take stuff back to the store). We had to nail down your lovely pots Emma, people kept trying to buy them! They really are beautiful We had loads of duvets and glass jars for Woodlands, lots of bric a brac for the car bootys... Michelle, new vol, with some lovely things for Rach... kong fillers - thank Andrea And our Young Friends did us proud (again)..... Katie baked chocolate cake, but oh dear, there are no pictures It 'disappeared' very quickly Thank you Katie Jac and Beth brought lots of lovely things... and in the spirit of 'Bring and Buy' some of them were snapped up there and then! Rach, doing a bit of hard negotiating with Becky.... Young Tomas, donating his pocket money again for the Sensory Garden Fund..... More 'bringing'..... We also had some amazing 'brand new with labels' clothes donations, food, bedding, and Team 'Last Sunday' packed up midday with cars bursting at the bumpers full of good stuff ... Thanks again to everyone who came, pats on backs peeps!

Fabulous!
Of course you can. We are usually around on Saturday morning if that is any help, otherwise, I am sure you could leave them in tn the car park alongside the other pots.
