Hello, My name is James and I have a 9month Shih tzu called Alan. He is a bundle of joy however my wife has taken up a new job meaning he is home alone for afair few daY's a week which is exactly what I didn't want to happen as I don't think ita fair on him. Not sure if this is the right place for guidance however wondering if anyone knows of agood place, or agood safe contact to take him out during the week days, or a doggy day care style venue we can take him too. Or alternatively if getting him a little companion may be a good idea??
Really appreciate any suggestions or guidance, Many thanks

Hi James. There are plenty of dog walking companies around who offer a range of walk times, puppy visits etc. If use one just be sure check their insurance documents and police checks etc.
As Alan is so young Though doggy day care may be better for him. Again you'll find people offering this, and Action petz I believe also offer day care. Not sure where You live as I only know what's in Cardiff but if you're not I'm sure there are similar companies near you.

Hi James, I have used Pentyrch boarding kennels for my dogs when I have gone away but they also offer day care too at a reasonable price. I haven't used the day care but my dogs are happy to go there for boarding If you are over that side of Cardiff its definitely worth checking out

Hi James
There's a great company called Care4Pets, which is based in Barry, which we use. Our dog walker, Janette, is terrific. They do dog walking and pet sitting so may well do daycare as well
Good Luck
