Please meet Milo What can we say about this guy! Milo is already on the walkers list, so he's been getting plenty of walkies, but Milo's joie de vivre is simply irrepressible! He rummaged through the toy box, chose his favourite thing, and just RAN! .... and ran and ran! He spat out his toy, and ran some more! He was soooooo happy to be able to kick up his heels in the garden, so for about 20 minutes, that's what he did! He doesn't mind what shape his toys are, just keep 'em coming Aunty June! Eventually, Milo slowed up the pace, and Aunty June had a few tender moments with him! Come on Milo - let's get some pics for your rehoming thread! Sit... that's it! Good boy Milo! Paw? Annnnnd the other one! Milo is an affectionate, funny, and clever little dude, but he had the attention span of a gnat in the garden. Who could blame him? It was getting late in the afternoon, and Milo knows his dinner is waiting for him back in his kennel.... Sorry Aunty Sooz, I'm outta here! He's an adorably cheeky boy! Walkers - let's get some tidy pics on this thread! Milo has already spent a week at the Home, so he is available for rehoming immediately. If you would like more information on him please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm. Mon/Thurs till 6pm For more information about the rehoming process at Cardiff Dogs Home, please click on the link below: REHOMING PROCESS

I took Milo out this morning and he's adorable. He's great on the lead and is not at all bothered by other dogs. He absolutely loves sticks. If there is a stick on the path, he will get it and carry it in his mouth until he gets bored. He's great. It's got to be a specific type of stick though, I noticed that he prefers chunky ones and ones which take up most of the pathway because they're so long. Milo is lovely, he does like his cwtches but he's too cool for them. He'll have them when no one is watching. Absolutely loved him.

Took Milo out yesterday, my first walk as a newbie vol, and he was a delight. He just wanted to get on and walk! He looked back now and again to check we were still there but wasn't bothered by other dogs or walkers. Once he'd picked his GIANT stick he wanted to get it home as soon as possible! Loved him!

This boy is simply wonderful! He's so happy and loving all the time. He's a cheeky, energetic boy too. He was very playful and excited to have a walk and cuddle. Any time he saw a dog, he'd just lay down silently till they passed. He kept picking up sticks and enjoyed playing with them. He would suit an active home as he definitely seems very young and energetic. He loves everyone- even strangers! I didn't hear one bark from him either. Not spooked by cars, people or dogs. Wish I could take this boy but my two dogs don't like other dogs. He's a loveable, beautiful boy with such dreamy eyes.
PLEASE HELP GET THIS BOY A HOME!!!!

We met Milo on a trip to see what dogs were at the home on Monday and we fell in love with him. Took him for a walk and he was brilliant, didn't let other dogs or cars distract him from sniffing the next tree. Loves a good stick, always stopping to pick one up. We've put in an application for him, just need to do a cat and child test on Saturday, if all goes well, he will definitely have his forever home for Christmas. Can't wait for him to hopefully become a part of our family, fingers crossed.

Unfortunately Milo wasn't the fur baby for us, he loved our children but when it came to meeting our cat, he had other ideas. Wasn't keen at all, so gutted we couldn't give him his forever home. Hopefully our forever fur baby will find us soon

Merry Christmas Everyone, I just thought I'd update you all as today is very special for me...Yes its Christmas Day but its also 3 weeks to the day of Milo joining me. Its just me and him in my house so its Boys Together LOL. He has settled in very well and made himself at home. He is getting the love that he should have got from day one, in a safe home. Even though Milo is 2 years old I don't think that he has ever experienced a proper Christmas Day. He has had his first Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings and lots of toys which I don't think he ever had. After a full day of charging around, eating and playing I think he has enjoyed what I believe is his first Christmas. And as he is currently hogging my bed and snoring away I look forward to the many more Christmases and Experiences we have to come. Merry Christmas Everyone And A Happy New Year From Will And Milo xx
