Please give a belated welcome to little Sian Sian was brought in by the wardens over a week ago, after she was found wandering the streets on her own. She's a pint-sized little lady, and despite her squishy-faced, rather sombre expression, Sian is a perfect little bundle of fun and friendliness! Sian has wowwed everyone she has met at the Home, both two legged and four legged, and she had great fun at the 'small-dog-puppy-party' in the garden on the weekend! We delayed putting Sian on the forum as she had a firm rehoming offer which had been approved, but Sian's promised family decided at the last minute to adopt a dog from elsewhere, leaving her like a sad bride who was jilted at the altar. Oh well, their loss will be a lucky family's gain - Sian is an absolute delight! Sian is available for rehoming immediately and if you'd like to meet her please contact NEWPORT CITY DOGS HOME for more information. TEL 01633 290 902 between 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm, on weekdays, 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 3.30pm on Saturday. Please note: the home is CLOSED on Sundays. Rehoming fees are from £100 - £200 depending on the age/breed of the dog, and include 1st vaccination, flea & worm treatment, neutering and microchip.

Poor little Sian, things didn't work out for her but her rehomer wishes to make it clear Sian didn't put a paw wrong. Sian would love to live in a lively and active household. She loves other dogs, and has been great with all our young Pilgrims. If you missed out on Sian first time around perhaps this is fate's way of saying 'she is destined to live with YOU'

Another Purple Pilgrim Volunteer Dog Walker bites the dust.... Yup, that's not a kennel - that's Sian in her forever home Falling head over heels with one of our dogs is an occupational hazard of volunteering! Don't fight it peeps
