Please welcome the adorable Bailey He's a handsome little fella! Although Bailey has a very 'smiley' face, he is a little stressed, and this may be due to his recent change of circumstances. Bailey shows his anxiety by tail-chasing, so we're going to try to keep him as busy as possible to keep his mind occupied. Atta boy Bailey - let's burn off some of that nervous energy! It's possible Bailey will be reclaimed by his owner, it's not the first time he has been found wandering around on his own, but if his owners don't come forward for him within 7 days he will be available for rehoming. If you'd like to meet Baiiley please contact NEWPORT CITY DOGS HOME for more information. TEL 01633 290 902 between 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm, on weekdays, 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 3.30pm on Saturday. Please note: the home is CLOSED on Sundays. Rehoming fees are from £100 - £200 depending on the age/breed of the dog, and include 1st vaccination, flea & worm treatment, neutering and microchip.

Hi Gwyneth, I'm afraid that the home is closed on Sundays. The opening times and contact details for the home are on the post above. Why not give them a ring to discuss Bailey?

I walked Bailey today. A friendly little fella who was a little reluctant to walk at first until he had company of another dog. He was very sociable and was a lot more confident within the company of the other dog. He also had a short walk in just my company. He showed his playful side & also patience.

I had a lovely walk with Bailey today, he needed a little persuasion at times but would relax and enjoy his walk showing a playful side with plenty of energy. A lovely little dog.

My niece and I walked Bailey this morning. a pleasant boy, who needs a little encouragement at times to continue walking and does with no problem (a little fuss, gentle encouragement or a treat) He was lovely and gentle with my niece and was keen to keep up with her if she walked slightly ahead.

Hi! Bailey is so cute. Is he still looking for his forever home or has he been snapped up? Just a few questions - How old is Bailey? Is he able ro stay in the house for a few hours a day alone? Approx 2-3 on occasions.
Thank You
