We all had a load of fun organising stuff and things to sell for the last dog show and fayre and had a fab time on the day and raised loads of money for the dogs So, guess what? We're doing it again ;D It will be in the Spring, just trying to sort a date that doesn't clash with any other local events. One of the stalls that raised the most money was the Crafty Club Stall, all the items so kindly hand made for the event. If you're a crafty person and have some time to join in and make some things to sell, please see our Crafty Club HERE

Do you normally have a raffle at the Dog Show and Fayre?
Thinking of raising funds what about approaching a cinema group to see if they would donate free tickets, big supermarkets for vouchers, other shops for goodies, the worst they can say is no!
We could also ask them to put flyers/posters up to advertise the event

oooo heck I forgot about that one lol, that was from the older dogs event in December which was so fun, the best one of the day was a 12 year old lad that wanted to have a bullet wound in his forehead (dead centre between the eyes) it was revolting to see but so much fun to do lol....
They wash off so easily and are gentle on the skin I only use water based theatre paints and have seriously sensitive skin myself and can still use them without any adverse effects, so would advise those wanting to look funky with pretty pics on their faces or scare the C**P out of family members by looking like you've been gashed or shot to come and have a go, all money made on the table will go to the friends of Cardiff Dogs home pot (I don't take anything as payment cause I'm both happy to help and actually enjoy making living art or manky wounds lol).
Come and have a go and see what you think for yourself lol Flick xxxxxx

Will make one tomorrow on my hand and take a pic of a few designs and post them up here for people to get a better idea and plan shocking friends and family...
Will also try and dig out my face pics of general designs, been working on my portfolio for a while but not sure where I stored it lol xx

O and I have bleached some animal bone fragments to stick in the wax for gashed arms and broken fingers (far more realistic if they have tiny fragments sticking out of them) I need to get some clear perspex/think plastic though so we can do some glass wounds (have some somewhere just need to dig it out and break it down lol).
Can't wait though it's going to be a great day, are we able to bring our four legged friends with us again this time?
F xxx
