Please welcome Fudge Fudgie is a young lad, he was born on 30th December 2016, so hasn't had his first birthday yet, but is already homeless. We had a speed date with Fudge this week, took him out for a toilet break and then into the vet room for some getting to know you time. Without a doubt Fudge is all about the food! We *think* Fudge has heard that Burns Pet Nutrition sponsor the food for all incoming dogs at CDH! That's lip-smacking stuff eh? How do you eat yours Fudge? Green slow feeder for me please! That's Fudge's Christmas present sorted! Green slow feeder it is! If you'd like to meet Fudge please phone the Dogs' Home: 029 2071 1243 or visit Cardiff Dogs' Home, Westpoint Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, open 7 days a week, 10.30 - 4pm. For more information about the rehoming process at Cardiff Dogs Home, please click HERE

This lovely boy and I took a walk out on Wednesday. What a delight he is, so affectionate and as big as he is he couldn't wait to get on my lap when we had a break at the benches. He does get over stimulated sometimes and has a mad few moments jumping up and biting the lead but he soon settled back down and I wouldn't hesitate to take him out again. He's a young boy with a big heart and needs some love, and a bit of training, and he would brighten up your life! Be lucky, lovely Fudge, have you're Xmas dinner at the doggie hotel and let's try and get you to welcome in the New Year with your very own sofa! ππΎππΎ

went out with Alex today and I was very good indeed. Although I'm still a pup I have great manners and love a good old fuss and some good old tennis balls hehehehe. Although I do get a little exited on times and do jump up, but once Alex told me 'no' I soon listened hehe. Apparently I have soft velvety fur, and Alex reckons I'm the heartthrob of the Hotel hehe. I also love looking at flags blowing in the wind. On the main road there are a few shops with flags outside and I could not take my eyes off them ππ We also passed a shop which had balloons outside and I had to go and investigate. Alex had her parent attitude out again and told me that I couldn't get too excited and play with the balloons as I could choke, so that was that and we carried on πππ Considering my size I walk very well on the lead and do not pull at all, only when I see or smell something interesting hehehe. Lots of love from heartthrob Fudge π
