'Woof please' Auntie Conny Benji is only about 1 year old, and he has been neutered He has only just come in, so won't be available for rehoming until 11 Feb. Check with the Home staff that he's OK to go out, but I *think* he might love a bit of walkies Ahhh, methinks there may be more piccies here soon

I shall ask very nicely if he's allowed to come out to play and pack camera.

I have a big blanket to drop off at the pound anyway, so camera is packed and treats in pocket!

Walked the lovely Benji today. What a handsome lad. He really is beautiful. He must have been gagging to get out. He feels like a really high-energy lad who would benefit if he got taken out as much as possible. I don't think he has had much lead training but he is a clever boy and can be engaged with snacks. ;D My only word of caution when you walk him would be to watch out when walking him on the side of the road. The boy is a right petrol head!!! He has a serious chase instinct when it comes to cars and I felt I needed to keep him on a very short lead near the road. However once you're on a quiet path he is very manageable again. We met the lovely Aztec and after some appropriate sniffing we passed without a hitch. Some piccies: He strikes me as a very typical border collie and would do well in an active home where he gets long walks and maybe even a bit of agility.
